COMFORT SUITES HUMBLE BUSH INTERCONTINENTAL AIRPORT, Humble

Downtown Houston is 32 km away, making this hotel practical for airport transit and suburban errands. Several fast-food and sit-down restaurants are within a 2-5 minute walk or short drive. The area is generally quiet, but the property's side-street location can feel less secure, so parking close to the entrance is recommended. For airport access, the free shuttle is the most direct option; outside its operating hours, rideshare services are the alternative.

Rooms are spacious and come with air conditioning, heating, tea/coffee facilities, and a sitting area. Double-queen rooms are located on upper floors; accessible double-bed rooms are available on the 2nd floor near the elevator. While beds are often reported as comfortable and showers provide hot water with good pressure, the property shows its age and would benefit from refurbishment. Some units may have stained furniture, worn carpets, or minor maintenance issues like loose fixtures, non-working remotes, or limited TV channels. Wi-Fi connectivity can be inconsistent, especially in the bedroom, and the connection may not support smooth streaming. The front sliding door and some card readers have been reported as non-functional, which may affect security perceptions.

The breakfast includes hot items such as eggs, sausage, pancakes, and waffles, along with cereal, yogurt, and beverages. During busy periods, selections may run low, and occasional shortages of utensils or coffee have been noted. Breakfast may not be available during maintenance issues; the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant or bar. A vending machine with drinks and snacks is available, and the surrounding area offers several fast-food and delivery options within a short walk or drive.

The 24-hour front desk provides express check-in/check-out and safety deposit boxes. The free airport shuttle runs limited hours and must be booked at check-in for morning trips. Parking is free and on-site but without reservation; accessible parking is available. Elevator service is present, though the elevator and its buttons have occasionally been reported as unreliable. The laundry room is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The hotel accepts packages for guests (include your name on the shipment). Housekeeping is available on request, not automatic. A $100 refundable deposit is required at check-in.
