Apartments come with a washing machine, tea and coffee maker, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Beds are generally described as comfortable, though some units have older mattresses. Some bathrooms require renovation, with reports of poor water pressure and mould. The lift serves only the Superior apartment; others are accessed via steep stairs.
