Suvarnabhumi Airport is a 45-minute taxi ride away, Don Mueang about 30-40 minutes. A 7-Eleven is 200 m away, and McDonald's is 0.5 km. The location is quieter and more residential than central Bangkok, requiring metro or taxi for most sightseeing.

Rooms are functional with firm mattresses and simple furnishings. The air conditioning is controlled by a wall switch without a remote, and temperature adjustment is limited. Power sockets are placed in positions that may not be convenient for bedside or desk use. Sound insulation is minimal - noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms can be heard clearly. Family rooms with connecting doors are available. No rooms have balconies. Bathrooms are en suite with shower (some with bathtub) and basic toiletries.
