Many bars, restaurants, and convenience stores are within a few hundred metres. The lack of parking makes the BTS the recommended transport option for most visitors.

Rooms are basic and older in style; some units show signs of dampness, mold, and wear such as leaking taps or loose fixtures. Mosquitoes can be present. The bedding is firm and bathrooms may lack exhaust fans. Cigarette smoke odour is possible in some rooms. For a more reliable stay, request a higher-floor room away from the stairwell. Note that the property has no elevator, so all rooms are accessible only by stairs.

Since there is no eating facility at the hotel, guests need to rely on the many nearby dining options. A wide variety of restaurants, bars, and cafes - including Thai, Italian, and international cuisines - are within a 3-5 minute walk on Sukhumvit Soi 4 and Nana Plaza.
