The apartments sit on a pedestrian-priority street in a safe, central area. Major landmarks like Casa Batlló and La Pedrera are within 10-15 minutes on foot. Three metro lines and a Renfe station are 5-7 minutes away, and the airport bus stop is close by. Lidl supermarket is less than 2 minutes from the door, and numerous bars, cafés and restaurants line the surrounding streets. The area is lively but many apartments face a quieter pedestrian street; ground-floor street-facing rooms may pick up some noise.

Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dryer, electric kettle, cookware) and a lounge-dining area. Layouts range from 2 to 4 bedrooms, each with one private bathroom per apartment. Air conditioning is installed only in the living room, so bedrooms can get hot, especially in summer. Some bedrooms face an internal light well and have limited natural light. Road-facing rooms may hear bin collection noise from 3:30-5:00 AM. Furnishings are functional rather than luxurious; some mattresses and sofas show wear. Beds are generally described as comfortable by many, though a few found them hard. Balconies are available on request.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service within the property. The pedestrian street directly outside has a café on the ground floor of the same building, plus many more within a one-block radius including BrewDog, OMA Bistro, La Flauta, and Sushiyaki. Meals are easily taken out or ingredients bought at the adjacent Lidl supermarket. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering.

Wellness facilities are absent from the property. The central L'Eixample location provides easy access to Barcelona's parks, beaches (40 minutes by bus/metro), and walking tours along Paseo de Gracia.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. A lift serves the building. Luggage storage is offered free of charge from 09:00 before check-in and after check-out. A washing machine and dryer are provided in each apartment. Cots are available on request. The property does not accept pets or groups. A 200 EUR cash deposit is required at check-in. The host can arrange a taxi to the airport upon request. No parking, no restaurant, and no shuttle service are offered.
