The property sits on a six-lane road, meaning street-facing apartments experience significant traffic noise - light sleepers should plan accordingly. Despite the immediate surroundings, the lively Eimsbüttel quarter is nearby. The nearest S-Bahn station is about five minutes on foot, and bus stops are even closer, giving direct connections to the city centre, Port of Hamburg (5 km), and other attractions. A supermarket is a five-minute walk away. Parking on site costs €20/day and must be reserved; free street parking is difficult to find.

Each apartment is compact but includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, cookware, and a dining area. Only queen beds are available - no twin or single-bed rooms exist, and extra mattresses or sofa beds cannot be added. Rooms are designed with dark-coloured walls; some units have limited natural light and feel small. High-floor apartments provide city views, including towards the Elbphilharmonie. Air conditioning is present but may not always work effectively; during warm periods, opening windows is necessary, which lets in traffic noise. Soundproof windows help reduce noise when closed. Work desks are available. Some apartments on lower floors or facing the road are louder.
