NXT PARK HAMBURG BY ANS, Hamburg

Situated in western Hamburg, the hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the Volksparkstadion and Barclays Arena, making it a strong choice for event-goers. The A7 motorway is a 2-minute drive, providing quick access by car. Seven kilometres from Hamburg city centre, the nearby Stellingen S-Bahn station (line S3) connects efficiently to Hauptbahnhof and Altona. A selection of German and international restaurants lies within a 10-minute walk, and an ALDI supermarket is adjacent. The surrounding area is practical rather than scenic, with a strong focus on transport and event proximity. The famous Hamburg Fish Market is 6 km away.

Accommodation options include double rooms, single rooms, apartments, and apartment plus units. All rooms feature a 1.80 m wide double bed (two separate mattresses), hypoallergenic bedding with extra back support, a wardrobe, table and chair, and a private bathroom with rain shower, hairdryer, and soap dispenser. Apartments add a separate bedroom and a kitchen with stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, and tea/coffee maker. Single rooms provide a private entrance, soundproof walls, and a compact layout. Some bathrooms include a bathtub in double rooms and apartment plus categories only. The building is soundproofed, and rooms with secondary glazing are available. Rooms can feel compact, especially for longer stays, and a small fridge is only present in apartments. Standard rooms lack extensive storage, with one wardrobe and one chair. No rooms have a balcony. For quiet rest, keeping windows closed helps block rail noise - a trade-off with ventilation, as there is no air conditioning. A fan is provided. Rooms are non-smoking and allergy-free.

Breakfast can be booked at the hotel for €10, offering a continental selection. For those who prefer a different start to the day, a well-regarded bakery (Schanzenbäckerei) operates directly across the street, providing fresh pastries and coffee. The hotel does not have a dedicated restaurant or bar, but numerous German and international restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. The kitchen in apartment-style rooms allows self-catering, with basic equipment including a hob, kettle, and fridge. A free shuttle service to the Barclays Arena is available from the hotel, and that venue also offers food and drink options for event visitors.

NXT PARK Hamburg does not provide a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. Guests seeking recreation will find the Volksparkstadion and Barclays Arena within walking distance for sports and concerts. Public transport links make Hamburg's cultural and entertainment districts easily reachable, including the Reeperbahn in 12 minutes by S-Bahn. The nearby Stellingen area offers straightforward access to parks and walking routes, though the hotel itself is positioned as a practical base for city and event stays rather than a leisure destination.
