B&B AL PALAZZETTO, Venice

The B&B is set on a peaceful side street off a canal, yet within easy walking distance of all major sights - St Mark's Square is 15 minutes away, the Rialto Bridge 700 metres. The Fondamenta Nuove vaporetto stop (10 minutes on foot) provides direct Alilaguna service to Marco Polo Airport, while the train station is a 20-minute walk. The area is filled with restaurants, bars and shops, all within a 5-minute radius.

Each room has a private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. Some rooms include a bathtub and separate shower. Rooms are well equipped: air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, minibar, electric kettle, safe, and ironing facilities on request. Quadruple/suite rooms offer ample space with a separate sleeping area and can accommodate two twin beds if needed. Rooms overlooking the canal have particularly scenic views. The building has no lift, and the quadruple room is on the first floor.

The included breakfast is continental-style with fresh croissants, bread, cheese, salami, yogurt, cereals, and hot drinks such as cappuccino and coffee. The host often prepares hot panini and fresh toast. The B&B does not have a restaurant, but the surrounding Cannaregio area offers numerous dining options within a 2-3 minute walk.

All areas have free Wi-Fi. Daily housekeeping keeps rooms clean. Luggage storage is freely available both before check-in and after check-out, allowing guests to explore Venice without their bags. Safety deposit boxes are provided in each room. The B&B is operated by a family; the host is attentive and happy to provide local tips and transport advice. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Diners Club, Maestro, CartaSi, MasterCard.
