Wenceslas Square is reachable in under 10 minutes on foot, Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock in about 15 minutes, and Prague Castle is 3 km away. The area is packed with bars, restaurants, and cafés within a few minutes' walk, including Vinograf wine bar (0.5 km) and Restaurace U Kallaschu (0.5 km). The main train station (Praha hlavní nádraží) is a 5-6 minute walk, making arrivals and departures by rail very convenient. Street parking is available nearby but is paid during daytime hours and can be challenging to find; for car-free visits, the tram and walking access is excellent.

All rooms are decorated in warm cherry-wood tones and come equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, free toiletries, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and carpeted floor. Some rooms face the main street and are subject to significant tram noise and vibrations, which can be disruptive for light sleepers; rooms overlooking the inner courtyard tend to be quieter. Single rooms are notably compact and may feel small, while larger family and quadruple rooms offer more space. No rooms have air conditioning or a balcony, and there are no kettles or minibars in the rooms - hot water can be provided by reception. Electric fans are available upon request. Beds are generally comfortable, though only one pillow per bed is standard (additional pillows can be requested subject to housekeeping availability). Housekeeping is daily but may not include linen changes unless towels are placed on the floor; some stays reported delays in restocking towels or pillows.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, cereals, yogurt, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, sausages, hot milk, coffee, and tea. For those with early departures, breakfast bags can be arranged the night before. Vegan options are not available, and the coffee quality is sometimes described as basic. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, but there is a coffee house on site and numerous dining venues within a short walk, including U Profesora and Restaurace U Kallaschu (both within 0.5 km). A small supermarket is also nearby for self-catering supplies.

The hotel offers no wellness facilities such as a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. The central location means that Prague's many parks, galleries, and cultural attractions are easily reachable; the inner courtyard provides a quiet outdoor space for relaxing away from street noise.

Luggage storage is free and very practical for early arrivals or late departures - bags can be left securely even before check-in. The hotel is fully accessible by lift to all four floors, though single rooms are very small and not wheelchair-adapted; the property does have a wheelchair-accessible entrance and accessible rooms.
