B&B CHUCHLE ARENA PRAHA, Prague

Located in a quieter suburban area of Prague adjacent to the horse racing track, the property is about 8 km from Vysehrad Castle and 10 km from St. Vitus Cathedral and the Astronomical Clock. The main advantage is the train station directly opposite, offering direct trains to Prague Main Station in around 15 minutes (ticket ~1.50 EUR). Bus and tram stops are also within a few minutes' walk. Free parking is available on nearby streets or in a designated lot 200 m away. A Lidl supermarket is within walking distance. The area is green and peaceful, and the racecourse provides views of horses exercising in the morning.

The hotel offers twin and deluxe twin rooms, both with similar amenities: a comfortable bed (or two twin beds that can be pushed together on request), a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV (Netflix available in some rooms upon request), tea and coffee making facilities, and a private bathroom with shower. Deluxe rooms can accommodate a third person with an extra bed. Rooms have carpeted flooring and heating, but no air conditioning - this can be an issue on hot days, especially in south-facing rooms. Some bathrooms have a glass wall with a curtain, which may limit privacy. Noise from the adjacent railway line can be audible, but the sound level is often acceptable. A shared kitchen on each floor provides a microwave, fridge, and free coffee/tea. Daily housekeeping includes towel changes and toilet paper replenishment.

Breakfast is a continental buffet included in the room rate, offering a selection of bread rolls, pastries, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, fruit, cereals, juices, and hot scrambled eggs. Coffee and tea are served by staff, and a self-service coffee machine is available in the shared kitchen all day. The on-site restaurant is open for lunch from 11:00 to 14:00, but hours may vary. There are also vending machines for drinks and snacks. For guests who prefer to self-cater, the shared kitchen is fully equipped. Vegan breakfast options can be arranged with advance notice.

The property is set within the Chuchle Arena horse racing complex, offering direct access to the racetrack and grandstand via the hotel elevator. During race days, guests can watch events from the property. In the mornings, horses can be seen exercising on the track. The surrounding area is suitable for cycling and hiking, and horse riding is available at an additional charge. There are no swimming pools, gyms, or spa facilities on site.

The hotel provides free WiFi in rooms and common areas, free private parking (nearby, off-site), and a 24-hour front desk. Daily housekeeping is included. A shared kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle, and free coffee/tea is available on each floor. For business travellers, a business centre and meeting/banquet facilities are offered at an additional charge. The property is non-smoking throughout, with key card access and 24-hour security via CCTV. Pets are allowed on request for a nightly fee of 300 CZK. Electric car charging is not available. Payment is by MasterCard only.
