EBERL HOTEL PENSION MUENCHEN FELDMOCHING, Munich

The property is set in a calm residential area that feels removed from the city centre, yet the U-Bahn (subway) is only 10 minutes on foot and provides a direct, no-transfer ride to central Munich in about 30 minutes. A bus stop is even closer (2 minutes). Essential services like a pharmacy, local bakery, and two restaurants are within walking distance. For drivers, no parking is available on site, so relying on public transport is the most practical option. Munich Airport is 30 km away, and attractions such as the BMW Museum (5 km) and English Garden (10 km) are accessible by car or transit.

Rooms are noted for their generous size and cleanliness, with parquet flooring and a seating or dining area in many. Each room includes a private bathroom (some with bath), free toiletries, a hairdryer, a wardrobe, and heating. The flat-screen TV features satellite channels. Family rooms are available, and allergy-free options can be requested. Rooms facing the garden offer a quieter outlook, while those on the front side may have city views. The property is older but well-maintained, with a practical, comfortable feel. All areas are non-smoking, with a designated smoking area outside.

Breakfast is served daily for an extra charge and includes a good selection of breads, pastries, cheeses, fruits, juices, and hot drinks, with dietary requests accommodated. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, so budget accordingly. The property's own restaurant, Tre Scalini, offers Italian cuisine in a family-friendly, traditional-modern setting with outdoor courtyard seating (Freisitze). Opening hours vary: closed on Tuesdays, with evening service from 17:30 on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and midday/evening service on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays (11:30-23:30). Special diet menus are available on request. A minimarket on site and a nearby bakery provide additional options.

The property does not offer a pool, spa, gym, or sauna. For active guests, bicycle rental is available (additional charge), and cycling is possible in the area. The terrace provides a quiet outdoor space for relaxing. The neighbouring park and the English Garden (10 km away) offer additional green space for walks or picnics.

WiFi is free and accessible in all areas. Daily housekeeping is included. Luggage storage is available for free, useful for early arrivals or late departures. The property offers a private check-in/check-out service, and an ATM/cash machine is on site. A hairdresser, tour desk, and dry cleaning (additional charge) are also available. The building has key access, CCTV in common areas and outside, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms for security. Cots are available on request. Parking is not available, so guests should plan for public transport or off-site parking. Payment can be made with Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, EC-Card, and MasterCard.
