B&B IN ART, Rome

The property sits in a quiet residential area with a supermarket and tram/bus stops within a short walk. Direct buses reach the Colosseum in over 30 minutes and the Vatican in about an hour. Vittorio Emanuele Metro Station is 2 km away and Santa Maria Maggiore 3 km. Nearby bars and restaurants such as Necci dal 1924 and Bistrot Fanfulla are within 0.5 km. The location suits travellers who prioritise a quiet neighbourhood and public transport over walking distance to the historic centre. Rome Ciampino Airport is 13 km away.

Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer, as well as a work desk, washing machine, tumble dryer, and wardrobe. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities, plus a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Room sizes tend to be compact, and some feel smaller than the online images suggest. The green room has a noisy water heater, noticeable humidity, and a window that does not close securely; the blue room is generally reported as being in better condition. Thin walls mean noise from neighbouring rooms and the courtyard can carry, especially late at night. The courtyard-facing rooms also let in views from the public area. For short stays, the rooms offer a clean and comfortable base with essentials.

The property does not provide a full breakfast service. The kitchenette includes a microwave, electric kettle, tea and instant coffee, and guests supply their own food. A supermarket is within very short walking distance, and the surrounding Pigneto area has several bars, bistros and restaurants - including Necci dal 1924 and Rosti - within 0.3-0.5 km, offering practical options for meals out.
