The property is within a limited traffic zone, making car access suitable only for brief luggage drop-off. The bus terminal at Piazza Gramsci is very close, offering direct bus connections to the train station (20 minutes on foot) and to Florence. The Stadium parking area is 200 metres away (€2/h, max €26/day), free public parking lots are 5-10 minutes on foot, and a private garage is 50 metres away. The immediate surroundings are exceptionally walkable, with all major sights and dozens of restaurants, pizzerias, and wine bars within 0.5 km, making a car unnecessary for exploring the city.

Accommodation

Traditionally furnished rooms offer air conditioning, a private bathroom, soundproofing, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Room types include double, twin, and superior double options; some rooms have garden or city views, while others overlook the nearby convent or internal courtyard. A number of rooms feature a balcony or a sun porch. Not all rooms are equally renovated: some are older with moisture-mitigation challenges, so requesting a room away from the ground-floor reception area can help guarantee quiet. The booking also offers a choice between a rate with or without breakfast. Single rooms do not include a fridge. All rooms are non-smoking and have parquet flooring.

Breakfast is available for an additional €10 per person; on-site dining is limited, but the surrounding streets offer numerous restaurants and wine bars.
Breakfast is served buffet-style and includes Italian pastries, hot drinks, and a selection of breads and spreads. The breakfast room is located in a converted basement area. The property does not operate a restaurant, bar, or café on-site, but the neighbourhood is dense with dining options: Ristorante San Domenico, Zest Ristorante & Wine Bar, Pizzeria Alle Scalette, Osteria La Chiacchera, and many other restaurants are within 0.5 km, offering a wide choice for lunch and dinner.

Wellness and Leisure

The B&B does not have a spa, pool, or wellness centre; leisure is centred on exploring Siena's medieval streets, squares, and cultural landmarks on foot.
No on-site leisure facilities such as a pool, hot tub, or fitness area are available. The prime location, however, provides immediate access to Siena's historic core, including Piazza del Campo, the Cathedral, the Torre del Mangia, and numerous museums, galleries, and viewpoints. The quiet courtyard and sitting area offer a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing.
