B&B LE 5 VIE APPARTAMENTO CON CAMERA TRIPLA, Florence

The apartment sits in a tranquil suburban zone, about 7 km from Florence's historic landmarks such as Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, and Piazzale Michelangelo. Florence Airport is 14 km away. The quiet setting and free covered parking make a car the most convenient option for guests unfamiliar with the city, while those without a car can rely on well-timed local buses (routes and schedules are provided by the host). The Florence South highway exit is very close, simplifying arrival and departure by car.

The apartment features a private entrance and opens onto a furnished terrace and garden. It includes one separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed, one living room with a flat-screen TV, and a modern bathroom with a shower and bidet. The bathroom is notably large and spotless. Independent air conditioning is available in each room (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) and allows temperature control per zone. The accommodation also provides a washing machine, ironing facilities, heating, and a dining table. The apartment is well-insulated, quiet, and surrounded by greenery, offering a relaxing retreat.

Breakfast is a straightforward Italian buffet with fresh pastries, bread, and hot drinks, typical of a bed and breakfast. The host may leave provisions for guests to prepare themselves, and the option to enjoy the meal outside under the covered portion of the garden adds to the experience. The fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, cookware) also allows guests to prepare their own meals. A tapas bar is within walking distance for those who wish to dine out.

The property offers a range of massage treatments: full body, back, neck, hand, and head massage. These are available for an extra charge. The fitness centre with a personal trainer is also on site but requires a separate fee. Guests mainly use the private garden and terrace for relaxation, but the spa facilities provide an additional leisure option within the apartment building.
