Châtelet metro station is less than 100 metres away, providing direct RER B access to Charles de Gaulle Airport (45 min) and Orly Airport (35 min) via Antony. Gare du Nord is reachable in 5 minutes by RER B or 12 minutes by metro line M4. The surrounding streets are packed with restaurants, cafés, and shops - from Rue de Rivoli to the Marais and Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street despite being in the vibrant 1st arrondissement, offering a retreat from the bustle.

Standard Classic and Double rooms (10-12 m2) can feel compact; twin and triple options are also available. Some rooms offer street or interior courtyard views - those facing the internal lightwell are quieter but have limited natural light. The Quadruple room (35 m2) and Double Prestige with four-poster bed (35 m2) provide more space and include a compact refrigerator, tea and coffee facilities, and a bathtub. A limited number of rooms feature a balcony, ideal for warm weather. Air conditioning operates in summer only and can be noisy. Some rooms show signs of wear - dated carpets, peeling paint, and occasional mould in bathrooms; a full renovation is scheduled.

The breakfast buffet costs 18 EUR per person and includes bread, pastries, hot drinks, and occasionally hot items such as scrambled eggs. For a fuller meal, the area around Châtelet has dozens of cafés (e.g., Brasserie Le Benjamin, Au Vieux Comptoir) within a 2-minute walk. The hotel bar is open until 23:00, but there is no restaurant on site. Upon arrival, the hotel may offer a welcome treat including macarons and water.

The wellness facilities feature a sauna, spa lounge, and relaxation area. Spa and wellness centre access is available at an extra cost. Facilities are limited to the spa; there is no swimming pool or gym on site.
