The apartments are located in a secure building opposite the Saint-Roch church, a short 8-minute walk from the Louvre Museum and less than 1 km from Opéra Garnier. Key attractions such as the Tuileries Garden, Musée de l'Orangerie, Pompidou Centre, Sainte-Chapelle, and Notre Dame Cathedral are all reachable on foot. The area is filled with a wide range of restaurants, cafes, and shops within a few minutes' walk. The nearest metro station (M7) and RER C for direct trains to Versailles are very close. Paris Orly Airport is 17 km away. The excellent central location offers a quiet stay at night despite being in the city's core.

Each studio is compact at around 10-12 m2 and designed for one person or a couple, but feels small for two with large luggage. Rooms have a double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and kitchenware, plus a dining area, flat-screen TV, safe deposit box, and heating. A lift serves upper floors. Some rooms have a shared balcony with a view of the church. A step in the middle of the room can be a tripping hazard, especially at night. Noise may come from the street or church bells, especially in road-facing rooms. No air conditioning is available, only a ceiling fan or mechanical ventilator which can be noisy and ineffective in hot weather.

There is no on-site restaurant or bar, but each studio includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and utensils for self-catering. For those preferring to eat out, the surrounding streets are filled with a diverse range of restaurants, cafes, and bars a few minutes' walk away, including options like Sapporo, La Cordonnerie, Cojean Pyramides, and many more. A supermarket is also located nearby for groceries. The centrally located area has dining suitable for all budgets, from casual to fine dining. Breakfast is not included but can be arranged as a paid optional extra.

Self check-in and check-out using a code system provide flexibility. The building is secured with multiple keypads, CCTV, smoke alarms, and a safe deposit box in the room. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout all areas. Housekeeping is available at an additional charge upon request, not on a daily basis. A small lift serves the upper floors but only fits one person with a single suitcase at a time. On-site luggage storage is not available. The team can be contacted via phone or messaging and is generally responsive, though some reports indicate delays with practical issues such as hot water or TV problems.
