The monorail station (Bukit Nanas) is a block away, and KL Sentral station is accessible by direct train from the nearby MRT stop. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is 30 km from the property. Numerous restaurants, convenience stores (including a Seven-Eleven in the same building), and an ATM are immediately adjacent, making it easy to find food and supplies without needing transport. The area is walkable for most central attractions, and taxi costs from KL Sentral are typically MYR 18-20.

Accommodation options include female-only and mixed dormitories with 20 beds each, a double room (2 persons), family room (4 beds), and private single/suite pods. All rooms have shared bathrooms located outside the room, separated for male and female. Capsule beds are spacious, with a fold-out desk, mirror, hanger, power socket, and a privacy curtain that is not fully blackout - light from outside is visible when the capsule light is on. Dormitories are air-conditioned with a centrally controlled system that runs very cold; individual temperature adjustment is not possible. Many rooms lack windows, which can feel cramped or airless. Noise from thin walls, corridor traffic, and early-morning cleaning can be an issue, especially for rooms near bathrooms or the entrance.
