Bukit Bintang MRT gate A is directly beside the hotel, making it easy to reach Lalaport and MyTOWN without needing a ride-hailing service. Major shopping malls including Pavilion, Berjaya Times Square, Lot 10, and Sungai Wang are all within a short walk. The area is also a hub for the city tour bus. Kuala Lumpur International Airport is a 45-minute drive away, and the staff can arrange a taxi or shuttle from the counter.

Recently renovated rooms are spacious, clean, and air-conditioned, each with a private bathroom, TV, minibar, and work desk.
The newly renovated rooms feel bright and modern, with large beds and ample space. Some rooms have windows, though a few have no view, and some windowless rooms are also available. Jalan Alor is famous for its open-air seafood restaurants, fruit vendors, and street food stalls. Within a few minutes' walk, guests also find numerous other dining choices including Indian, steakhouses, and a 24-hour Indian restaurant on the hotel's ground floor. A popular nasi lemak stall operates on Jalan Alor in the mornings. Many major cafés and restaurants are clustered around the nearby malls, all within walking distance.
