This apartment sits on a quiet street in the Aventine district, yet is within walking distance of nearly all major sites: Bocca della Verità (500 m), Piazza Venezia (10 min), Trastevere's restaurants (5 min). The Boulevard Circo Massimo metro station (line B) is 10 minutes on foot, making Vatican City accessible by public transport. The area is safe, close to a police station, and lined with bars, a minimarket, and excellent restaurants. Guests can walk everywhere - the Colosseum (15 min) and the Forum (5 min) are practically around the corner.

The apartment sleeps four adults comfortably with two separate bedrooms (plus a sofa in the living area) and one bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Each bedroom has its own wall air-conditioning unit. The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, and all cookware. The living/dining area features a flat-screen TV. Beds are very comfortable; the property is clean, modern, and well-maintained. There is no washing machine, no balcony, and the building has no elevator - note that the apartment is upstairs.

The apartment's kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a stovetop, oven, kettle, and all utensils for preparing meals. A minimarket is just around the corner for groceries, and there is a delicatessen selling excellent panini. Within a 5-minute walk are numerous restaurants, wine bars, and cafés (e.g. Bull Wine Bar, San Teo, Bar dei Cerchi). Breakfast is not offered; guests either prepare their own or grab coffee and pastries at nearby cafés.

WiFi is free and fast (66 Mbps, 4K streaming capable, reliable for video calls). The host can arrange airport transfers from Ciampino for €55 (4 pax) or €65 (5-6 pax) one way, and from other airports at a similar rate. Self check-in is available for late arrivals at no extra cost. Luggage can be dropped from 11:00 even if the apartment is still being cleaned. Express check-in/out and private check-in are offered.
