COMFORT INN & SUITES PHOENIX NORTH - DEER VALLEY, Phoenix

Room types include double rooms (one bed) and family rooms (two beds) with a desk and seating area. Suites feature an additional seating area and TV. Room conditions vary: some are renovated and comfortable with good bedding, while others have dated furniture, worn surfaces, or musty smells. Soundproofing is present but may not fully block freeway noise. Some rooms have had issues with air conditioning, TV, or non-functional thermostats. Breakfast is provided in the form of breakfast bags-a simple hot continental offering that typically includes items like waffles, bread, coffee, and juice. The selection can vary; hot items such as sausage or eggs are sometimes included but not guaranteed daily. Several dining options are within a 5-minute walk: Banh Mi Bistro (Vietnamese), Naked BBQ, Caramba, LaMar's Donuts and Coffee, and Santisi Brothers Pizzeria. A Waffle House is also next door. For self-catering, each room has a mini-fridge and microwave.

The outdoor pool and hot tub operate from 7:00 to 23:00, with sun loungers, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided. The pool area is enclosed by a fence. The fitness centre is also free to use.
