Less than a 10-minute walk from Marylebone station and within easy reach of Paddington (1 km) and Edgware Road stations, providing direct underground links across the city and to airports. The area has plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a Tesco supermarket close by. Oxford Street and Baker Street are a 15-minute walk away, and bus routes to UCL and central London stop nearby. The property is also within a short walk of Regents Park. London City Airport is 18 km from the hostel.

Dorms range from 4 to 9 beds, with some bunk beds configured in three tiers, making space very limited. Female-only dorms are available with 5 or 8 beds. Private rooms are compact - a double room is essentially a single bed in a very small space with a shared bathroom; twin rooms have bunk beds. All rooms share bathroom facilities with showers and hairdryers, though the number of bathrooms is limited and some are located on different floors. Light switches in some rooms are in the corridor, so noise from the hallway and bathrooms can be heard clearly. The property is older and basic; heating is provided but some rooms have reported temperature and ventilation issues.

Breakfast is a self-service continental buffet offering cereals, bread, pastries, juice, and hot drinks. A child-friendly buffet is available, and special diet menus can be requested. The on-site bar serves a selection of drinks, including wines, champagne, and snacks, with a vending machine for snacks. The surrounding area has numerous cafes and restaurants within a short walk.
