The metro station is 5 minutes on foot, and the tram stop is literally outside the building, making it easy to reach the city centre in about 20 minutes by metro. Free on-street parking is available in front of the building, and paid street parking (around €10 per day) is also an option. The area feels safe and provides good access to local shops and bakeries.

The property offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The one-bedroom unit sleeps up to two people in a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, while the two-bedroom apartment accommodates up to five with two separate bedrooms and a living area. Both units have a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, a bidet, and slippers.
