The hotel sits in the historic Montparnasse district, surrounded by restaurants, crêperies, theatres and shops. Four metro lines (4, 6, 12, 13) run nearby, with direct connections to the Eiffel Tower (10 min), Louvre, Galeries Lafayette, Montmartre and Porte de Versailles (10 min). Gare Montparnasse station, with trains to Versailles and Air France shuttles to CDG/Orly, is under 5 minutes on foot. Two Vélib bike stations and an underground car park are just outside. The Luxembourg Gardens are a 10-minute walk away.

Single rooms (10 m2) with a 120x190 cm bed are compact but functional. Twin rooms have two 80x190 cm beds, and standard double rooms offer a 140x190 cm bed with a minibar. All rooms include free high-speed Wi-Fi, a safe, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV with Canal+ channels. Bedrooms are generally small by Paris standards, and the property's older décor and carpeted floors may feel dated. Some rooms on the fifth floor have a balcony (available on request). The lift reaches floors 1-5; the sixth floor is accessible only by stairs. Rooms with street-facing windows can experience traffic and nightlife noise, while sixth-floor rooms are quieter due to their distance from the street. The heating system can be slow to warm the room, and hot water may take several minutes to arrive.

The continental breakfast includes croissants, pain au chocolat, bread, butter, jam, cereal, yoghurt, orange juice, and hot drinks from a machine. It must be ordered the day before at reception. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but the neighbourhood is famous for its brasseries - Le Select, La Coupole, Le Dôme - as well as crêperies, Asian restaurants, and Italian ice cream parlours all within a 2-minute walk. A supermarket and several cafés are also nearby for self-catering.

The hotel offers 24-hour front desk service, a concierge, and a tour desk to help plan sightseeing. Free secure Wi-Fi is available throughout. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals and late departures. A paid shuttle service can be arranged for airport transfers. Daily newspapers and a self-service shoe polish machine are in the lobby. Room service and fax/photocopying are also provided. The hotel does not have an iron or washing machine on site - a laundromat is nearby. The lift is small (fits two people) and sometimes requires manual assistance to close its door.
