The apartments are located in the lively Mitte district on Veteranenstrasse, directly overlooking Weinbergspark. Alexanderplatz and the Reichstag are within comfortable walking distance, as is the Hackescher Markt area with its shops and cafés. The nearest U-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk away, and tram stops are 3 minutes away, providing quick connections across the city. A large supermarket (Rewe, Bio) is within 5 minutes on foot, and several restaurants and cafés are clustered within a 300-metre radius. The area is very walkable and surprisingly quiet for a central Berlin location.

Each apartment features a separate living room, bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath. The kitchens are well equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, and cookware. Some units include a washing machine and dryer. Floor-to-ceiling windows and parquet flooring add to the light-filled feel. Apartments with balconies overlook the park or the Berlin skyline, with the Fernsehturm visible from higher floors. The apartments are spacious enough for two to three adults, with a large double bed and comfortable dining/living area. Linen and towels are provided weekly at no extra cost. The apartments are accessed via lift on upper floors.

Berlin Habitat has a restaurant named Nong Nia, which offers Asian cuisine. Breakfast availability depends on the specific dates selected, so it should be confirmed at the time of booking. The neighbourhood is rich with dining alternatives - a bakery is next door, and a variety of restaurants (Weinerei Forum, La Focacceria, Taebs Bistro, among others) are within a 3-minute walk. A large supermarket is only 5 minutes away for self-catering supplies.

The property offers a children's playground for younger visitors. The adjacent Weinbergspark provides a large green space with play equipment, ideal for families. There is no spa, swimming pool, or gym on the premises.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartments at no extra charge. The building has a lift for upper floors. Check-in is contactless; the host provides clear entry instructions and is responsive via messaging. Housekeeping is not daily, but linen and towels are replaced weekly at no added cost. A baby cot can be provided for a fee of €30 (with linen and blanket). A high chair is also available on request. There is no airport shuttle, no on-site parking, and no pets are allowed.
