JASPERS BOUTIQUE ROOMS, Berlin

This hotel is positioned on a quiet residential street in central Prenzlauer Berg, yet a short walk from the area's vibrant cafes, restaurants, and shops. The Memorial of the Berlin Wall is within 1 km, and Berlin Cathedral is also within walking distance. Berlin Brandenburg Airport is 27 km away. The tram stop is a 5-minute walk, providing a 20-minute connection to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. The property's location allows easy exploration of central Berlin on foot, while the quietness of the neighbourhood ensures restful evenings. For those driving, no parking is available on site, so using public transport or local parking garages is recommended.

Accommodations include double rooms and apartments, each with a private bathroom featuring a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an electric kettle, and heating. Parquet flooring adds a warm feel, and each unit has a private entrance. Apartments come with a kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, and dining area) and offer either garden or city views. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are exceptionally quiet, while courtyard-facing bedrooms are recommended for light sleepers. Some furniture and fittings show signs of age; specific units may have limited lighting or worn fixtures. The overall feel is modern-minimalist, with good space but practical rather than plush.

The on-site restaurant opens Wednesday to Sunday: dinner from 17:00-23:00 (Wednesday to Saturday) and lunch/dinner from 12:00-22:00 on Sunday. Cuisine includes Italian and German options, with vegetarian choices available. Special diet menus can be requested. The restaurant is noted for its food quality and service, and hotel guests receive a 10% discount. The bar serves cocktails in a modern, family-friendly ambience. No breakfast is provided, but the surrounding area has numerous cafes and bakeries within a 5-minute walk. During holiday periods, the restaurant may close, so check availability ahead of your stay.

The property focuses on comfortable accommodation and dining rather than leisure facilities. A park is located directly opposite the hotel, providing a green space for morning jogs or evening strolls. The surrounding Prenzlauer Berg area has plenty of cafes and shops, as well as a weekend market at the park offering local food. For those seeking more extensive wellness options, other facilities are located a short distance away.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property, though reliability can be intermittent. Check-in is via a self-service system, with detailed instructions sent prior to arrival and a keyless entry. Luggage storage is available if you arrive before check-in. Meeting/banquet facilities are available for an additional charge. The property accepts American Express, Visa, Maestro, Bankcard, EC-Card, and MasterCard. Safety features include CCTV outside, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and key-access security.
