The neighbourhood is filled with restaurants, cafés, and bars within a short walk (0.5 km), including Grød and Leo's Pizza. Enghaven Park is a 15-minute walk away for a quieter escape. The hotel is also well placed for cycling, with rental bikes available on site. Parking is limited to public off-site locations with charges, and the absence of a dedicated hotel lot makes a car less convenient.

Rooms are individually decorated with an eco-chic Nordic style, featuring parquet flooring, a sitting area, and free toiletries. Bed sizes vary; some rooms have four-poster beds with separate duvets. Bathrooms are equipped with either a shower or a bathtub; some only have a bath with no shower curtain, which can result in water on the floor. Rooms facing the street can be noisy, especially as wooden floors and thin walls transmit sound from neighbours. Rooms overlooking the garden courtyard are quieter and many include a small balcony. The lift stops between floors, so a short stair climb is required to reach rooms. There are no tea- or coffee-making facilities in the rooms. Some rooms are significantly smaller than others; garden-view rooms tend to be more spacious.

The hotel serves a daily breakfast buffet focused on organic and locally sourced ingredients, including bread, pastries, eggs, cheeses, and fruit. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and costs around 155 DKK per person. The breakfast room can be crowded, and some seating is in the corridor.
