Tivoli Gardens and the city centre are within a 15-minute walk. The harbour swimming area is a 5-minute walk away. A supermarket is directly opposite the hotel, and several restaurants and cafés are within 300 metres. Copenhagen's main attractions, including museums, are about 15 minutes on foot. The metro provides a direct 20-minute connection to the airport. The location offers easy access by public transport and is well-suited for exploring the city on foot or by bike.

Rooms are basic and vary in size, with some being compact. Some rooms have a private bathroom with shower, while others have shared toilet and shower facilities on the floor. Rooms with a shared bathroom include an in-room washbasin. A few rooms include a small kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and cookware. All rooms have a flat-screen TV, carpeted floors, and heating. There is no air conditioning, and windows may not fully seal, so noise from the street or neighbouring rooms can be an issue.
