The metro (M1 line) and regional trains run from Ørestad station to the city centre in about 10-15 minutes and to the airport in about 10 minutes for 18 DKK. Bella Center is an 18-minute walk away. While the neighbourhood is not central, the excellent transit links make exploring the city straightforward. Driving is also convenient, with a paid parking garage adjacent to the hotel. The area has a Netto supermarket and several casual eateries within a few minutes' walk.

Breakfast runs from 06:00-10:00 on weekdays and 07:00-11:00 on weekends. Options include juice, pancakes, cheese, fruit and a self-service egg boiler. The selection is basic and does not include hot items such as bacon or eggs. The breakfast area can get crowded during peak hours, especially when many guests converge.
