The hotel sits in the developing Ørestad district, directly across from Royal Arena (2 minutes on foot) and next to Fields, Denmark's largest shopping mall, which offers a supermarket and dining options. The metro (M1 line) and regional trains run from Ørestad station to the city centre in about 10-15 minutes and to the airport in about 10 minutes for 18 DKK. Bella Center is an 18-minute walk away. While the neighbourhood is not central, the excellent transit links make exploring the city straightforward. Driving is also convenient, with a paid parking garage adjacent to the hotel. The area has a Netto supermarket and several casual eateries within a few minutes' walk.

Standard rooms are clean and modern but minimal - there is no wardrobe, minibar, kettle, safe or coffee/tea facilities. A few kettles can be borrowed from reception. Storage is limited, making the room better suited for short stays of 1-2 nights. A small desk and a TV with basic channels are provided. Windows open for ventilation, but rooms facing the main road can be noisy from traffic, and the lack of air conditioning makes summer stays uncomfortable. A fan may be available on request. The accessible twin and family rooms are more spacious and include a larger bathroom with grab rails, a raised toilet and a lower sink. The standard twin and triple rooms offer two beds and, in the triple, additional bunk beds. Soundproofing between rooms is average; hallway noise from slamming doors and nearby building sites can be noticeable. Beds are generally described as comfortable with good pillows.

Breakfast runs from 06:00-10:00 on weekdays and 07:00-11:00 on weekends. Options include juice, pancakes, cheese, fruit and a self-service egg boiler. The selection is basic and does not include hot items such as bacon or eggs. The breakfast area can get crowded during peak hours, especially when many guests converge. A bar and lounge area is open all day, serving beer, wine and snacks. For a fuller meal or more variety, guests can walk 2 minutes to Fields shopping mall, which has a food court and several restaurants, or 0.3-0.5 km to options like Orango Coffee, Restaurant BARK, Gorm's Fields and other casual dining spots. The hotel also offers a kid-friendly buffet and snack bar.

The fitness room is compact but well-equipped for a quick workout. Depending on length of stay, the bike rental service (129 DKK for the first 24 hours, then 99 DKK per day) provides a good way to explore the surrounding area and reach the city centre via Copenhagen's cycle paths. The reception can also provide information on nearby jogging routes and the adjacent park and golf course.

The 24-hour reception is also the bar, where guests can check in, borrow kettles or irons, and purchase coffee (25 DKK). Self-check-in kiosks are available for a fast arrival. Daily housekeeping is provided, though it may be basic (tidying beds and removing trash) rather than a deep clean; guests needing more thorough service should request it directly. Luggage storage is free, useful for early arrivals or late departures. Accessible parking is available at 125 DKK per day in the garage next to the hotel. The hotel is entirely non-smoking and has a lift, wheelchair-accessible rooms and an emergency cord in accessible bathrooms. Safety features include key-card access, CCTV and smoke alarms.
