Hotel Details

Location

In the historic Rione Monti, within minutes of the Colosseum, metro, restaurants, and major landmarks.

The apartment sits on a quiet side street in the heart of Rome, a 5-minute walk from Cavour Metro Station and 600 metres from Colosseo Metro, giving direct city and airport access via metro Line B from Termini. The Colosseum is an 11-minute walk, Trevi Fountain is 12 minutes away, and Domus Aurea is under 1 km. Dozens of bars, restaurants and cafes are within a 3-minute walk. The area is walkable but includes cobbled streets and uphill sections, so comfortable shoes and good mobility are recommended.

Accommodation

A fully renovated one-bedroom apartment with a separate living room, private bathroom, and kitchenette.

The apartment has 1 separate bedroom, a living room with a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower and bidet. It sleeps up to 4 people with 2 beds. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee machine, and cookware. The space is modern, clean, and well-equipped with a TV, wardrobe, air conditioning, and heating. City views from the living room add to the comfort. The apartment is on an upper floor with no lift, so it may not suit those with limited mobility.

Dining

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering, with dozens of restaurants and cafes right outside.

Guests can prepare meals using the stovetop, refrigerator, and cookware, and eat at the dining table. A supermarket is within a 15-minute walk for groceries. Alternatively, the immediate surroundings offer a wide variety of dining options within a 3-minute walk: Italian trattorias, bistros, a Mexican spot, a café, and a gelateria. The area is lively but the apartment's side-street location keeps noise manageable at night.

Leisure

No on-site wellness facilities; the surrounding district offers cafes, bars, and walking tours.

The apartment does not have a pool, spa, or gym. The historic centre itself is the main leisure attraction, with walking-distance access to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Trevi Fountain. The neighbourhood's bars and cafes provide evening entertainment.

Amenities

Free Wi-Fi, self-check-in via key box, and no parking or lift.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Check-in is via a key box with codes provided by the host, allowing flexible arrival times after 15:00. The host is responsive by message. The apartment is cleaned between stays; cleaning ladies are friendly and helpful. There is no parking, so the metro or walking are the best options. Accepted payment methods are American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. Fire extinguishers and smoke alarms are installed.
