The guest house is situated in the heart of Rome, 4 minutes on foot from Roma Termini train station and under 10 minutes from the Termini metro stop, connecting to all central lines. Sapienza University is less than 1 km away. Key sights such as Santa Maria Maggiore (under 1 km) and Piazza Barberini (2 km) are within a comfortable walk. Rome Ciampino Airport is 14 km away, easily reached by train or shuttle. Several restaurants, bars and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, including Ristorante Mino and Bar Fondi. The location is ideal for travellers relying on rail and metro to explore the city and those who want a central base near transport links.

TERMINI STAR offers a variety of air-conditioned rooms: double rooms (1 bed), triple rooms (2 beds), quadruple rooms (3 beds) and family rooms (4 beds), as well as a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen including stovetop, oven, and refrigerator. Every en-suite bathroom includes a shower, bidet, hairdryer and free toiletries. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a minibar, a wardrobe, and heating. Some quadruple and double rooms open onto a private balcony. The workspace with a desk is suitable for business needs. Review-derived feedback indicates room cleanliness and comfort are highly variable, with some rooms described as spacious and well-maintained and others as small, with issues such as worn paint, poorly maintained bathrooms, and humidity. Rooms on the ground floor or facing the street can be noisy, while compact family rooms may feel tight for larger groups. For a quieter stay, request an interior-facing or upper-floor room if available.

TERMINI STAR provides free high-speed WiFi (up to 318 Mbps, suitable for 4K streaming and video calls). A paid airport shuttle service can be requested after booking (additional charge). Public parking is possible at a nearby location for €30 per day (no reservation needed). The guest house offers private check-in and check-out, luggage storage (available before check-in and after check-out), and lockers. An electric vehicle charging station is on site. The building has a lift, key access with CCTV in common areas and outside, plus fire extinguishers. A fax/photocopy service is available for free. No pets are allowed. The staff are reachable via phone and messaging; some reports indicate that check-in may require calling upon arrival as reception is not always staffed.
