Room types include doubles, twins and apartments with private bathrooms or a private external bathroom. Some rooms face the street and have single-glazed windows, which can let in street noise; courtyard-facing rooms are quieter. Several rooms include air conditioning; fans are provided in rooms without it. Heating is via radiators. Rooms feature pocket-spring mattresses (medium-to-firm), flat-screen Smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, a safety deposit box, and a mirror. Apartments have a full kitchen, living area, and balcony or gallery. A security deposit applies to apartments. Street-facing rooms have private balconies with seating; courtyard rooms may have a private terrace. The shared kitchen in the common area provides a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, which helps with self-catering.

Gluten-free bread is available on request, and cooked options like omelettes or scrambled eggs are offered. The terrace and garden provide a pleasant setting for morning meals. For other meals, no restaurant is on site, but the shared kitchen has a fridge, kettle and basic cooking equipment. Dozens of restaurants, cafés and bars are within a three-minute walk. The breakfast area is open 24/7 for self-service tea and coffee.

The property has no swimming pool or spa. Instead, leisure revolves around the communal outdoor areas: a sun terrace with garden furniture and a shared lounge/TV area.
