BIANCA - ROBY - PAOLO APARTMENTS BY MAMO FLORENCE, Florence

Florence's historic core is within a 20-minute walk along the Arno river, and the T2 23 bus stop just around the corner takes you to the centre in 10 minutes. Piazza Michelangelo, a popular sunset viewpoint, is close by. The area is peaceful at night yet lined with restaurants, a Carrefour grocery store, a pharmacy, and a pizzeria all within a few hundred metres. Florence Airport is 11 km away and Santa Maria Novella railway station a 15-minute bus ride, making the apartment well suited for transit without a car.

Each unit is spacious and fully equipped: a kitchenette, living area with sofa and flat-screen TV, a washing machine, iron, and built-in wardrobe. Bianca is a 1-bedroom with balcony and 2 beds; Paolo offers 2 bedrooms with terrace and 4 beds; Roby also has 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, suitable for up to 5 people. All apartments have air conditioning with individual mini-splits, heating, and sound-insulated windows that keep street noise low. Comfortable beds include sofa beds that guests find as supportive as regular mattresses.

Guests can cook using the full kitchenette, with basics like salt, oil, coffee, and tea provided. The independent bathroom is supplied with toiletries and towels. Within a 300-metre walk there are eight eateries - from pizza and lasagna at Giotto Pizzeria to sandwiches at the trattoria across the street, plus a pastry shop and a gelateria. For self-catering, Carrefour is two minutes away. A coffee shop is around the corner for morning espresso and pastries.

For exercise or recreation, the nearby ice-skating rink provides an active option. Each apartment has a private balcony or terrace where you can relax and enjoy the quiet neighbourhood. Piazzale Michelangelo is a short walk away, perfect for evening walks and panoramic views of Florence's skyline. The area is also ideal for running or cycling along the Arno river directly from the doorstep.
