BLUE MOUNTAIN MIST COUNTRY INN, Sevierville

Blue Mountain Mist Country Inn is situated on a mountainside in Sevierville, just 7 km (7 km) from Dollywood and within a 15-20 minute drive of attractions such as Apple Barn Winery and Ober Gatlinburg. McGhee Tyson Airport is 58 km away. While the setting feels private and secluded, the main Pigeon Forge strip with its shows, shopping, and dining is only a few minutes' drive. The property is easily reached by car, but there is no airport shuttle; planning a rental car or rideshare is recommended. The gravel driveway requires care, especially for motorcycles. On-site parking is free and does not require a reservation.

Breakfast is a sit-down affair featuring Southern specialties like chicken and waffles, hashbrown casserole, and pancakes, plus fresh fruit and local specialties. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available on request. The inn also offers a private dinner experience with a set menu (requires 24-hour advance reservation; closed Sundays and Thursdays), praised for its steak and chicken dishes. Throughout the day, a complimentary beverage bar offers coffee, tea, iced tea, soda, and hot chocolate; evening desserts such as cobblers and cakes are also provided at no extra cost. The dining room and front porch offer mountain views, making meals a scenic experience. Fine dining options nearby are limited, making the inn's private dinner a strong recommendation for a special evening.

The spa offers a wide range of treatments, including couples massage, full body massage, facials, body wraps, manicures, and pedicures, all in a dedicated spa pavilion. Spa/wellness packages are available, and appointments book up quickly, so early reservation is key. For leisure, the inn features a games room, outdoor fireplace, picnic area, BBQ facilities, and a wrap-around front porch with rocking chairs and hammocks. Themed dinner nights, walking tours, and cultural classes can be arranged for an additional charge. While there is no swimming pool, the quiet grounds and mountain views make it a relaxing base for exploring the Smokies or simply reading on the porch.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. On-site parking is free and reservation-free, though the driveway is gravel with no covered spaces. Business services include a free business centre, fax/photocopying, and meeting/banquet facilities (additional charge applies). Daily housekeeping is complimentary, and laundry is available for an extra fee. The inn offers express check-in/out, private check-in, and a concierge service. For safety, CCTV covers common areas and the exterior, with key card access and smoke alarms. The property has designated smoking areas, is non-smoking throughout indoors, and features a shared lounge/TV area with board games. Luggage storage is available, though no formal lift exists; accommodations are spread across multiple floors and separate cottages.
