The inn is set right on the main Pigeon Forge strip, putting numerous restaurants - including Cicis, Red Rooster Pancake House, and Gaucho Urbano Brazilian Steakhouse - within a 5- to 10-minute walk. The LeConte Center at Pigeon Forge and The Island are also reachable on foot. Dollywood is a 7-minute drive, and Splash Country is a 3-minute walk. Gatlinburg and Sevierville are a short drive. The immediate area is busy, particularly on weekends, but the motel-style layout provides direct room access from the parking lot, making it easy to come and go without navigating interior hallways.

Accommodation includes double rooms, king rooms, and two-bedroom suites. All rooms have a private bathroom with a bath and hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, a coffee machine, and cable TV.
