BLUE STAY WALK TO BMO STADIUM AND USC, Los Angeles

Situated in a residential area south of Exposition Park, the location provides easy access to BMO Stadium, USC, and the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. Bus lines 40 and 204 are nearby, and the Wilshire/Vermont metro station (Red Line) is a 15-20 minute walk, connecting to the wider LA transit system. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance, and downtown LA is a short Uber ride away. The neighborhood is quieter than the city center, but walking alone at night requires caution. Hawthorne Municipal Airport is 14 km from the property.

The property offers a variety of room types, including double rooms, twin rooms, family rooms, studios, and apartments. All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, a dining area, and a wardrobe. Each room has its own setup, so carefully choose when booking: some rooms have private bathrooms, while others share a bathroom. Bed configurations vary from 1 to 3 beds per unit. Some rooms include a balcony. While rooms are generally quiet and comfortable, some are on the smaller side, and noise from the street, neighboring apartments, or plumbing can occasionally be heard. The building is modern and well-maintained, with key-code locks for secure, self-service entry.

The shared kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, and basic utensils, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. The dining area provides a communal space to eat. The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or café. However, several grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk, offering alternative dining options. The kitchen and dining area are generally kept clean, though on occasion they may require additional tidying from guests.

The hostel offers free Wi-Fi access in all rooms. Security features include CCTV in common areas, CCTV outside, and fire extinguishers. A shared lounge with a TV area is provided for relaxation. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available for a fee of $2.00 per use. The property has a check-in desk but primarily operates through key-code entry and communication via the booking app. The staff are generally responsive and helpful, though response times can vary. There is no elevator, so rooms on upper floors require climbing stairs. Some rooms are on the ground floor, which can be requested.
