Cadorna station, providing metro (green line), train (Malpensa Express), bus, and tram services, is virtually next door (1-3 minutes on foot). Milan Linate Airport is 10 km away. While the area is well-served by public transport, being adjacent to the railway means rooms facing the station can experience noise; rooms facing away are notably quieter.

Rooms are described as spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern bathrooms featuring good showers and bidets. Each room includes a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, tea and coffee maker, free toiletries, and a safe. Bed configurations include double, twin, triple, and single rooms; a king-size room is a double bed only. Parquet floors and USB ports are common. While soundproof windows help, internal hallway noise can be audible. The air conditioning system is centralized and may not provide cooling after September or in all rooms; opening windows is an alternative but increases train noise. Some rooms have balconies with city views. The room key card must be inserted in a slot to activate electricity.
