B&B Hotel Milano Central Station is located 300 metres from Piazza Duca d'Aosta and Milano Centrale railway station, placing it at the hub of the city's transport network. The M2 and M3 metro lines, trams, and buses stop within a few minutes' walk, giving direct access to Duomo, Brera, Porta Nuova, and Sforzesco Castle. Corso Buenos Aires, one of Milan's main shopping streets, is a short stroll away. Linate Airport is reachable by shuttle bus from the station (every 20 minutes, around 25 EUR by taxi), while Malpensa Express trains run from Cadorna station (a short metro ride from Centrale). Bergamo Orio al Serio shuttle buses also terminate at the station, about 60 minutes travel time. The surrounding area is safe and walkable, with a wide range of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within 300 metres.

The hotel offers Single, Double, Twin, Triple, Junior Suite, and Superior room categories, plus a Double Room with disabled access. Room decor and furniture show signs of wear - chipped paint, scuffed walls, and tired finishes are common. Daily cleaning is provided but thoroughness varies.

Breakfast is available from 07:00 to 10:00 in the breakfast room, costing 10 EUR per person if booked in advance.
