The beach is accessible directly from the boardwalk, though a daily per-person fee applies. The area is walkable for dining and entertainment without needing a car. Parking is free at a nearby off-site lot, a short walk from the property.

Accommodation options range from compact double rooms with a microwave, refrigerator and flat-screen TV to fully equipped apartments with a stove-top, oven, coffee maker and toaster. Family suites and larger apartments have separate bedrooms - some units feature 2 or 3 bedrooms with multiple double beds. A private bathroom with a shower is standard. Rooms are older in style and basic in furnishings; some units have carpeted floors, while others have tile (practical for beach sand). Apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors are available; a sitting area is present in a few units only. Road-facing rooms may experience street noise, especially in the morning.
