Midway Cafe and several restaurants are within walking distance, and the trading post is about 2 km away. A free local rideshare app (Freebies) is available for those without a car. The property offers free parking, and bicycles are complimentary for exploring the area.

Accommodations range from studios and one-bedroom bungalows to three-bedroom villas and cottages. Most have air conditioning, a private entrance, and outdoor furniture. The Ocean Front Condo is recommended for four adults (two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms). Some units include a washer/dryer, and a few have two bathrooms. The property has been recently renovated; rooms are modern with comfortable beds and island-inspired decor. Certain cottages offer connecting doors (Duplex Cottage 4 and 5). Note: Some units have a pull-out sofa that may be less comfortable for adults.

Grocery deliveries can be arranged, and each unit has a full kitchen for self-catering. Nearby dining within walking or short biking distance includes Midway Cafe (breakfast) and Square Grouper (dinner). Vegetarian-friendly restaurants like Overseas Kitchen are also close.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated in winter and cooled in summer, with a pool bar, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shallow end. The private beach area is ideal for launching kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes (all complimentary). Fishing gear is also available for free, and fishing is allowed from the dock or beach. Yoga classes are offered, and the property has a pool table on the beach. Evening entertainment and live music are scheduled regularly. A small gym is available for guest use. No spa is on site.
