The free Miami Beach trolley stops directly opposite and connects to South Beach, Lincoln Road Mall and the convention centre. Bus route 150 Express runs from the airport to a stop near the hotel. The Holocaust Memorial and Miami Beach Convention Center are each 2 km away. Several restaurants, a Starbucks, a convenience store and a laundry shop are within a 5-minute walk. The immediate area includes some older buildings, but the beach, public transport and daily essentials are all within easy reach without a car. Parking is off-site and paid, so car-free travel is more practical here.

Rooms vary in size and layout: some are spacious with a king bed and accessible features, while others are compact with triple bunks for groups. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, but the sink is notably small - the faucet extends over a tiny basin that splashes easily. The bathrooms are stylishly decorated but tight. A walk-in closet is provided in many rooms, though without a light and with limited hangers. The overall design is modern and clean, but the building itself is older - hallways and the elevator are narrow and can feel dated. Noise is a recurring factor: walls are thin and the A/C unit is loud. Road-facing and ground-floor rooms hear more noise from the bar, elevator and corridor. The mattresses are generally comfortable, though some rooms have firmer or softer beds. Windows do not open, so ventilation depends entirely on the air conditioning.

Bar Luca operates within the hotel and provides Italian dishes for brunch, lunch and dinner, with outdoor seating available. The restaurant has received consistent praise for its food and drinks. A more casual lobby café serves coffee (including cortados) and pastries - a basic coffee-and-croissant breakfast can be purchased for around $6. A water dispenser is available in the lobby. For other meals, several restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk, including Essensia Restaurant & Lounge, AC Lounge and a Starbucks. The hotel does not offer a complimentary breakfast buffet, but the café option covers a light morning meal. The pool area is generally quiet and well-maintained, though it is adjacent to the restaurant terrace. The property does not have a gym, spa or other wellness facilities.
