Location

Set in a pedestrian area in Bologna's historic centre, the property is a 10-minute walk from Bologna Centrale station and 550 metres from Piazza Maggiore.

The location places guests in the heart of Bologna's historic core, with the Two Towers reachable in under 10 minutes on foot. Bologna Centrale train station is approximately 8-10 minutes away, providing direct rail links across the city and to the airport. Despite its central position, many apartments face an inner courtyard or a quiet pedestrian street, reducing street noise at night. Parking is available at a nearby garage a 2-minute walk from the building. Access by car is restricted in the ZTL zone; clear instructions for arrival and parking are provided before check-in.

Accommodation

Air-conditioned apartments feature wood-beamed ceilings, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette with dishwasher. Some units include a balcony or terrace.

The apartments are individually styled, offering studios, one-bedroom units, and split-level deluxe layouts. Each includes a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries; a washing machine is provided in every apartment. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cookware. Selected apartments have a furnished balcony or terrace, often with a hot tub or Jacuzzi. The Superior Studio is larger than the standard Studio. Beds are described as comfortable, with some sofabeds suitable for two people. Road-facing rooms may pick up noise from bars and restaurants below, while courtyard-facing apartments are quieter.

Dining

A bakery on the ground floor offers a special discount to guests. Breakfast options may be available depending on the room selected. The property has no restaurant.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service on-site, but the ground-floor bakery provides discounted coffee and pastries for guests - a practical morning option. The surrounding pedestrian area has numerous restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés within a 2-minute walk, including traditional trattorias and Italian-style bars. A well-equipped kitchenette in each apartment allows guests to prepare their own meals. For those seeking a wider selection, nearby options include several highly rated eateries just a few steps away.

Leisure

No spa or swimming pool on site. Selected apartments include a private hot tub or Jacuzzi on the balcony or terrace.

The property does not have a spa, wellness centre, or pool, but some apartments feature a private hot tub or Jacuzzi on the terrace - ideal for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. These units are subject to availability and should be confirmed at booking. For leisure, the historic centre of Bologna offers abundant cultural attractions, shopping, and dining within walking distance.
