Residence Studio Vita sits on Via Marsala, in the real heart of Bologna. The main square, Piazza Maggiore, is 600 metres away, and the iconic Two Towers are a 5-minute walk. Bologna Centrale train station is a 15-20 minute walk or short taxi ride. A bus stop on Via Zamboni is 150 metres away for local routes. The area is a controlled traffic zone, so cars are best parked at Piazza VIII Agosto (400 m, approx. €20/24h) or Tanari Car Parking (2 km, approx. €5/night). Numerous bars and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, with a well-stocked supermarket also nearby. The location is central yet notably quiet.

The residence offers a range of apartments from studios to three-bedroom layouts, all on the second floor. Each apartment has a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The kitchens come with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and kitchenware. Some apartments feature a washing machine (not the Studio Superior) and soundproof walls. A shared terrace with city views is accessible to all. The building has a lift (note the six steps before it and further steps inside the corridor). Road-facing rooms can experience street noise, while internal rooms are quiet. Some apartments are located at the back, offering a peaceful stay. Single-bedded rooms may have skylights that admit light; a sleep mask can be useful.

Residence Studio Vita has no restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kettle) for preparing meals. A well-stocked Conrad supermarket is within a few minutes' walk.
