The apartments sit on a relatively quiet street in a safe, lively neighbourhood filled with shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants. Two food markets are within a 10-minute walk, and a supermarket is directly opposite the building. The Fontana metro station (L3) is a 4-minute walk, connecting to the city centre in about 15 minutes. The number 39 bus to Barceloneta beach stops on Gran de Gracia, 5 minutes away. Park Güell, Sagrada Familia, Casa Milà, and Casa Batlló are all reachable on foot within 20 to 40 minutes. The neighbourhood is ideal for those who prefer a local, non-touristy atmosphere while still being well-connected.

Each apartment features a modern, neutral décor with stone flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, and soundproofed rooms. The kitchen includes a vitroceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and all cookware. The bathroom has a shower with a heated towel rail, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Towels and bed linen are provided. Apartment configurations vary: one-bedroom units sleep 4 (a twin bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room); two-bedroom units sleep up to 6 (one twin room, one room with a trundle bed, and a sofa bed). The sofa bed is reported as very thin and uncomfortable, better suited for children or occasional use. Bedroom mattresses have been noted as comfortable in some units but worn in others. Street-facing apartments can experience noise, especially on weekends, while rear-facing rooms are quieter. A washer and dryer are inside each apartment, located in the kitchen. Air conditioning and central heating provide comfort year-round.

Bonavista Apartments does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service. However, the immediate area is a culinary hub with dozens of dining options steps away. Within 0.5 km you'll find Avenue Bar, Macchina Pasta Bar, Casa Lopez, and many more. A supermarket across the street (open until 10 pm) and a bakery are perfect for self-catering breakfasts, while several cafés and a renowned gelato shop are a short stroll. For dinner, the neighbourhood offers cuisines ranging from Thai to Nepali, plus traditional tapas bars. The fully equipped kitchen in each apartment also allows full meal preparation.

The property features a solarium and sun terrace on the top floor, accessible via the lift. Sun loungers are available for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. There is no spa, pool, or gym on site. For active leisure, the surrounding Gracia district offers plenty of walking routes, parks, and plazas. Three playgrounds are located within a few minutes' walk, making the area family-friendly. The nearby Gaudí sites and the beach (accessible by bus) provide additional leisure options outside the hotel.

The building offers free Wi-Fi throughout, a lift, wheelchair accessibility, and designated accessible parking. Self check-in via a digital key system is available 24/7, and a 24-hour emergency phone is provided. Large luggage lockers in the building allow free storage before check-in or after check-out. An airport shuttle (50 EUR for up to 4 guests) can be arranged after booking, payable directly to the driver. Private on-site parking costs 25 EUR per day and requires advance reservation.
