Each suite is individually designed around a Valencia landmark with its own colour scheme. All units include a private kitchen with full-size appliances (oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, fridge, freezer, microwave), a living area with a sofa bed, and a 50" Panasonic Smart TV with SONOS Playbase or Bluetooth sound system. Air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower (most also have a bidet) are standard. Two-bedroom apartments (e.g. Suites 1, 3, 4, 8) feature two bathrooms, with at least one en-suite. Suite 8 "Marques de dos Aguas" is a gallery penthouse with a large private terrace and two floors. The smallest option is a 35 m² spa-area penthouse for two with a bathtub and terrace. The one-bedroom Catedral suite has a sofa bed for extra guests. Washing machine and dryer are available on the top floor or on request - perfect for extended stays. Beds are very comfortable; living rooms can experience some street noise, but bedrooms remain quiet thanks to good soundproofing.

The rooftop spa includes an infinity jacuzzi, sauna, two sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas, a relaxation area, and a barbecue. Every booked guest can reserve a free private 3-hour time slot for exclusive use of the entire spa area - a rare feature in Valencia. Professional massages (from €49 per hour, including back, foot, full-body, head, and neck massage) can be booked at an extra cost. A massage chair is also available. The property does not have a gym but offers bike rental and bicycle parking. Themed dinner nights and local culture tours can be arranged for an additional charge. The spa is ideal in winter too, and the terrace catches the morning and evening sun.

Wi-Fi is free and high-speed throughout the building. A lift serves all floors. Express check-in/out, private check-in/out, and luggage storage (before and after check-out) are included. Public parking nearby costs €20/day with no reservation needed; accessible parking and an electric vehicle charging station are on-site. Safety features include CCTV, smoke alarms, key access, and a safety deposit box. The property is non-smoking inside (designated smoking area outside).
