BOUTIQUE HOTEL KOLBECK, Vienna

The hotel sits on a pedestrian-friendly street between the main station and the 10th district. Belvedere Palace is 1 km away, the Vienna State Opera is 3 km away, and the city centre can be reached by tram or a 40-minute walk. Vienna International Airport is 16 km away; the closest train stop is Vienna Central Station, from which the airport train departs. On foot, you can reach supermarkets, Asian groceries, several cafés and restaurants within a few blocks. Car access is straightforward from the motorway, and the paid Columbus Center garage is next door. The immediate area is a mix of residential and commercial streets; it is generally safe and well-lit, but some side streets can feel less polished late at night.

Piazza Colombo offers Italian dishes, including wood-fired pizzas, and accommodates vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. Das Columbus serves Austrian food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is ordered from a menu (no buffet) and typically includes one hot drink, one juice, and a main dish such as Eggs Benedict or pancakes. Additional drinks are charged separately. The breakfast is served until 11:00 and is generally well-regarded, though the limited menu and occasional wait times are noted. A bar, coffee shop, and minimarket are on site. Kids' meals and wine/champagne are available for an additional charge. Several other restaurants and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk.

For active stays, the hotel rents bicycles for €7-€20 per day depending on the provider. A minimarket on site sells snacks and drinks. The surrounding area offers several parks, including Belvedere Palace gardens, within a 15-minute walk. There is no dedicated fitness or wellness facility on the property.

Reception is staffed from 08:00 to 22:00; outside these hours, a digital check-in process provides key access. Luggage can be left free of charge from check-out until 9:30 pm. The hotel has a lift, non-smoking rooms throughout, soundproofed rooms, and an outdoor seating area. A hairdresser, barber shop, and beauty shop are available. Currency exchange and an ATM are on site. Cots are available on request, but no connecting rooms exist (adjacent rooms can be arranged). There is no guest laundry; a nearby laundromat (Green and Clean) serves that need. The property accepts Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro, UnionPay, and EC-Card.
