The surrounding streets are packed with restaurants, bars and cafes at every price level - from simple pizzerias near the apartment to more formal dining around the Colosseum. A 24-hour Carrefour Express is virtually next door, making self-catering straightforward. The immediate block is busy, and rear-facing apartments overlook restaurant yards, which can bring kitchen smells and evening noise. For those arriving from Ciampino Airport, a taxi takes around 30 minutes.

All apartments feature a private entrance, parquet floors, and a well-equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and kitchenware. The seating and dining areas include a flat-screen TV. Bed configurations vary: studio-style open plans (two double beds in one room), one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
