The hotel is in a quiet, safe residential area of Rome, well connected by bus and metro to the historic centre. Roma Termini is two bus stops away, and the 38 bus stop is very close. The neighbourhood is filled with local restaurants, bars, and cafes - many cheaper than those in the city centre - as well as a Penny supermarket. The area feels safe day and night, making it practical for solo travellers and families. While most central attractions (Colosseum, Trevi Fountain) are a 25-40 minute walk or a short bus/tram ride, the bus stop right outside provides direct connections to the centre and Vatican City. The walk to Villa Borghese takes about 15 minutes. Airport transfers can be booked for an additional charge (€60-€65 depending on airport).

All rooms include air conditioning, soundproof walls, flat-screen TV, minibar, wardrobe, and parquet flooring. Free toiletries and a hairdryer are provided in private-bathroom rooms; kettles are available upon request. Economy double rooms share a bathroom, while Double Classic and Double Comfort have private bathrooms. Some rooms are compact, particularly single rooms and attic-level doubles reached by a short flight of stairs after the lift. Street-facing rooms and those near internal cooling units can experience noise; road-facing rooms may be less suitable for light sleepers. Heating works but some rooms have required a portable heater. The hotel does not have rooms with a balcony.

The breakfast is a basic continental buffet offering bread, pastries, and hot drinks. It provides a simple start to the day before heading out to explore. The hotel has a bar and a snack bar for drinks and light bites, plus a coffee house on site. A welcome drink is offered upon arrival. No restaurant is available on the property, but the surrounding area is packed with excellent local restaurants, pizzerias, and cafes - often less crowded and cheaper than those in the tourist zones. Nearby dining options include Pronto - Pizza e Cucina, Sgrano, Berbere Roma, and others, all within 0.5 km.

For leisure, the hotel is a short walk from the beautiful park surrounding the Borghese Gallery, ideal for a quiet stroll or a picnic. The hotel can arrange bike tours and walking tours for an additional charge, and temporary art galleries are nearby. The shared lounge/TV area provides a space to unwind. Despite lacking wellness amenities, the safe, calm neighbourhood and proximity to greenery offer a relaxing base for a city break.

The reception desk is open from 07:30 to 23:30. Luggage storage is available after checkout and before check-in from 08:00 onwards, making it easy to explore on arrival or departure day. Daily housekeeping is included, with fresh towels provided. A lift serves all floors, though attic-level rooms require a few steps. Express check-in/out is available, and lockers are provided for secure key storage.
