BRERA - FIORI CHIARI CHARME APARTMENT, Milan

The apartment is situated in Milan's most atmospheric and central neighbourhood, with Sforzesco Castle (300 m) and Arena Civica (500 m) within easy walking distance. The Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II are a 10-15-minute stroll away. Public transport is excellent: Lanza metro stop is 1-2 minutes on foot, and trams are just outside, providing quick connections to Milano Centrale station (10 minutes by train). Despite the lively streets packed with restaurants and bars, the apartment itself is surprisingly quiet. A supermarket is less than 100 m away, and the nearest airport (Milan Linate) is 10 km.

Each apartment features a private entrance, air conditioning, and a living room with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen includes a stovetop, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee maker, and in some units a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, and free toiletries. Bed configurations offer one double bed (or two twin beds) plus a sofa bed, suitable for up to 3-4 people. Some apartments have a separate bedroom with a door; others are open-plan with only a partition - check the exact layout before booking. While the space is spacious and clean, a few units show wear: thin walls, occasional maintenance issues, and some apartments may need a deeper clean. Towels are provided, but guests should bring extra toilet paper and basic toiletries as starter supplies are minimal.

The property does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a microwave, stovetop, fridge, Nespresso machine, and essential cookware. The surrounding pedestrian street is filled with restaurants and cafés, with popular options within a 2-3-minute walk, including trattorias, a burger bar, and organic spots. A supermarket is less than 100 m away for groceries and snacks. Everything in the city centre is within a 10-15-minute walk.

The apartment does not have its own leisure facilities such as a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. However, the Brera district offers immediate access to a dense concentration of art galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. Major attractions like Sforzesco Castle, the Duomo, and La Scala are all within a 15-minute walk.
