MISSORI'S NEST - WONDERFUL VIEW, Milan

The apartment overlooks Piazza Sant'Alessandro, placing Duomo Milan 700 metres away, Museo Del Novecento 600 metres away, and La Scala less than 1 km from the door. Galleria Vittorio Emanuele is 900 metres away. Milan Linate Airport is 8 km away. The immediate area is dense with shops and restaurants - Bar Principe and Ristorante Alla Collina Pistoiese are within 300 metres. Metro and tram stops are a 5-minute walk, making the central station reachable in about 15 minutes by public transport. Driving is not recommended because on-street free parking is almost impossible to find; paid garages operate nearby. The pedestrian square also means early-morning street cleaning and church bells are audible in the apartment.

The apartment offers one separate bedroom with a door, a living room with a sofa bed and work desk, plus a bathroom with a shower and bidet. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. The apartment has 2 beds in total. The living area features a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a coffee machine, and a dining area. The balcony provides city views toward the square. The bathroom is compact, with a shower door that does not stay fixed in place and no shower curtain, so water splashes onto the floor. The electrical system is sensitive - using more than two high-wattage appliances at once can trip the circuit. Noise from the square, church bells, and early street cleaning is noticeable; light sleepers should plan accordingly. The property is in an older building, and the furniture is described as practical but worn in some areas.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. There is no restaurant, bar or breakfast service on site. Within a short walk, guests find a wide choice of eateries: Bar Principe (300 m), Ristorante Alla Collina Pistoiese (300 m), Nerino Dieci Trattoria (500 m), POMET by Pasquale Pometto (500 m), and other casual spots. Piazza Sant'Alessandro itself has a famous sandwich shop about 100 metres away and several coffee bars that serve breakfast. Those who prefer a full hot breakfast will need to eat out.

The apartment does not have a swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym or dedicated leisure facilities. The main leisure feature is the balcony overlooking Piazza Sant'Alessandro, suitable for morning coffee or evening drinks. The central location means that all major attractions, shopping streets and parks are within walking distance, effectively making the city itself the leisure space.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The building has a lift to the third-floor apartment. Check-in is automated with digital instructions, making it possible to arrive after midnight. Luggage storage before check-in is possible inside the apartment, but after check-out the apartment cannot be used because housekeeping needs immediate access. Parking is not on site; free street parking is very hard to find, but several paid garages operate in the area. Pets are not allowed, and the entire apartment is non-smoking. A fire extinguisher and smoke alarms are fitted. The host is responsive and sends clear entry instructions.
