BRIGHT APT PARA 4PAX EN GRAN VIA-PLAZA DE CARMEN E2, Madrid

The apartment sits on a street with a nightclub in the same building, producing constant low-frequency bass and clearly audible music every night from midnight until 6 AM. The location otherwise is among the strongest in the city: Gran Via is 500 metres away, Puerta del Sol is a 3-minute walk, and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum (13 min) and Prado Museum (16 min) are easily reached on foot. Plaza Mayor is 600 metres away, and the surrounding area is packed with restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 13 km away. The excellent walkability means most attractions, dining, and transport links are accessible without a car - but the nightclub noise renders the location unsuitable for quiet rest.

The apartment includes one separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two more guests. A private bathroom has a shower, though the drain has been noted to clog and flood. The kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and cookware - but cooking for four is difficult due to limited pots and no basic supplies such as oil, salt, coffee capsules, or dishcloths. Air conditioning is available but has been observed to cool only to 28°C, and sheer curtains let in significant light from a nearby parking structure, with no blinds or blackout options. The sofa bed has been reported as broken on multiple occasions. The unit is generally clean and recently renovated, but dust and food residue behind curtains have been noted by past users. The apartment is bright and spacious, with a washing machine, ironing facilities, and a TV (cable not connected, though streaming platforms are accessible).
